A. The annual Hong Kong company secretarial services cover the following scope of work:

Provision of a named company secretary

Maintaining the statutory registers and minute books

Preparing and filing of annual return, where necessary, showing the details of the directors, secretary, shareholders and any share transfers that occurred during the previous year

Preparing a standard set of documents for approval of audited accounts and annual general meeting

Accommodating the annual statutory review by the auditors, if required

Ensuring compliance of general meeting requirements including preparation of board minutes and resolutions

B. The annual offshore company secretarial services cover the following scope of work:

Provision of a named secretary, if required

Provision of a correspondence address in Hong Kong and forwarding of the incoming mail as directed by the client, not more than twice a month, if required

Acting as the official contact person and liaison with the offshore agent

Arranging the filing of documents and updating of statutory records for change in particulars of the existing directors, secretary and shareholders (e.g. change of residential address or passport number) not more than twice a year

Maintenance of the statutory records.
