Maggie Sy is the founder and Director of Syntral Limited. Maggie is an established professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in the corporate service industry. She worked for the major global corporate service provider and leading CPA firms for many years. She has managed diversified client portfolios of private and prestigious international corporate clients from local and overseas.

Maggie specializes in business formation, company and NGO registrations, corporate advisory, restructuring, dissolution, management and administration, regulatory compliance and Hong Kong visa applications.

Maggie is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Maggie was brought up and educated in the Philippines. She can speak fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Min-nan-yu and Filipino.
